The mechanical advantage of this unique knife is that the pressure is applied from directly above the object to be cut, so less strength and dexterity are needed by the user.  


The Rocking T Knife has been tested in hospitals and in homes and is prefered to the traditional rocker knife.  The Rocking T Knife has a stainless steel, single-edged blade with a wooden or plastic handle.  It is easy to care for and maintain.  It can be sharpened like any kitchen knife and is dishwasher safe.  


While cutting food, simply rock the knife back and forth over the object to be cut.
